What is Miser?

Miser is a format developed at Token with the goal of introducing a competitive 60-card format and providing deck brewers with a new space to craft in. Proxies are allowed to be utilized, as long as they are either neatly hand-written or printed as an insert. The card pool consists of every card printed at common and uncommon rarity from 8th edition & forward, as well as the modern supplemental sets, with the exception of cards on our ban list. As the format is still in development, the banlist is a work in progress, with several cards already being monitored for the health of the format. Below is the ban list, as well as the watch list (which we encourage you to try for testing purposes).
